Questions about reservations and payment
+ When and how do I receive my booking confirmation?
You will receive a booking confirmation from us by e-mail within 3 days. Make sure you check your spam folder, just to be sure. Did you not receive the booking confirmation or did you lose it? Send an e-mail to info@vakantieparkdegrootevliet.nl. We will then resend the booking confirmation. You do not need to bring it with you as a print-out, but you can also show it on your mobile.
+ The invoice for my reservation is incorrect. What should I do?
After receipt of your reservation, you will receive the booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days. Make sure you check this invoice for accuracy immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that something is not correct, please send an e-mail to info@vakantieparkdegrootevliet.nl.
+ Do I have to book bed linen for our stay?
Bed linen is a mandatory item. The costs are €11.00 per person, per booking. If you want to book a cot, we charge an additional €15.00 per cot. The cot is provided without bed linen.
+ What is included in the rent and what is not?
Electricity, gas, water and WiFi are included.
Mandatory extra charges for 2022:
Bed linen: €11.00 per person, per booking.
Tourist tax: €1.85 per person, per night.
The final cleaning fee depending on the type of accommodation, and is between €65.00 and €100.00.
Deposit: €150.00 per accommodation, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Not included in the rent and bookable as an extra:
Cot: €15.00 per cot, per stay. Bed linen is not included.
High chair: €15.00 per high chair, per stay.
Towel set: €8.00 per set.

Bed linen: €12.50 per person, per booking.
Tourist tax: €1.95 per person, per night.
The final cleaning fee depending on the type of accommodation, and is between €67.50 and €100.00.
Deposit: €200.00 per accommodation, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Not included in the rent and bookable as an extra:
Cot: €15.00 per cot, per stay. Bed linen is not included.
High chair: €15.00 per high chair, per stay.
Towel set: €8.00 per set.
+ What are the payment terms?
You can see which payment term applies to your situation in our general terms and conditions. We do not make any exceptions: If you do not pay within the set payment term, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.
+ I have received a reminder or warning. What should I do?
If you have already paid, you can consider the reminder as not sent. If you have not paid yet, we ask you to pay immediately. If you do not pay within the specified period, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.
+ Will I receive a confirmation after I have paid?
You can check your account, “My reservations”, to see which payments we have received from you. Did you pay via iDeal? Then you will immediately see your payment in my reservation. If you paid by bank transfer, it usually takes a few days before your payment is visible. This has to do with bank processing, and there may be delays due to national holidays or weekends.
+ When do I have to pay for my reservation?
When you make a reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
The remaining amount must be received by us no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date, as stated in your booking confirmation.
When you book within 4 weeks of the first day of your stay, you have to pay the total amount immediately.

+ How can I pay for my reservation?
You can pay by bank transfer or click on the link in the confirmation e-mail to pay via Ideal. We do not support other payment methods such as Paypal or credit card.
+ How old do you have to be to make a reservation?
We only take reservations from people who are 18 years or older. Reservations by persons that are younger are therefore not valid.
We reserve the right to refuse deviating reservations, especially for groups of minors, or to impose special conditions without stating reasons.

+ Which discounts are available at Vakantiepark De Groote Vliet?
Vakantiepark De Groote Vliet offers various standard discount options, also during vacations and public holidays.
Discounts (you can combine a maximum of two discounts):
Early Bird Discount: If you book 6 months before the arrival date, you will receive a 7.5% discount on the rental price.
55+ Discount: If the main guest is 55 years or older, you will receive a 7.5% discount on the rental price.
Young Family Discount: If your youngest child is younger than 4 years old on the date of arrival, you will receive a 7.5% discount on the rental price.
Rebook Discount: when you book with us again, you will receive a 7.5% discount on the rental price.
You must specify these discounts yourself; we do not apply any discounts after bookings have been made.
In addition to these discounts, we have a 7=6 discount during some periods of the year. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
+ Can I book extra children’s furniture (e.g. cot/high chair)?
Yes, you can. When making your reservation, you can select which children’s furniture you want to book as extras. They are available on request and if we have enough of them available.
+ What exactly is meant by a cot?
A cot is a foldable camping bed (1.20 x 0.60 m) which is suitable for our youngest guests (i.e. children up to approx. 3 years). Children 3 years and older can (usually) sleep in a regular bed. When making your reservation, please specify whether you want to book a cot, as we only have a certain number available.
