Please send an e-mail to info@vakantieparkdegrootevliet.nl and state your booking number and the number of pets that you want to bring extra (or have decided to not bring along) in the e-mail. Bringing additional pets is allowed on request. It all depends on the size of the rented accommodation and the size of our pet(s).  

Please send an e-mail to info@vakantieparkdegrootevliet.nl and state your booking number and the number of guests that you want to add (or remove) in the e-mail.  
Based on this information, we will recalculate the total price of your stay. You will also receive an adjusted invoice from us by e-mail. Did you add a travel companion? In that case, you can pay the amount that has been added using the link in the e-mail. Are you removing a travel companion and did you already pay the full amount? In that case, you will receive a refund from us on arrival at the park. 

Please send an e-mail to info@vakantieparkdegrootevliet.nl. However, we do charge a cancellation fee, depending on the arrival date and time of booking. The costs for cancellation are 50% of the total travel sum when you cancel up to 28 days before the arrival date. If you cancel within two weeks after booking, we charge an administration fee of €25.00. If you have already paid the deposit, the cancellation costs are equal to the deposit. Is the arrival date less than 28 days away? In that case, you pay 100% of the total travel sum. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. 

You can take out cancellation insurance after completing your booking, via the link in the confirmation e-mail. We offer an affordable cancellation insurance in collaboration with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl. This insurance policy reimburses your travel sum in the event that you have to cancel or terminate your stay early.
