The holiday home is equipped with electricity, water and natural gas installations and has a central heating system for heating and hot water.

The plot borders directly on the open water for sailing and fishing. This open water runs out into the inland lake the Grote Vliet of approx. 35 ha. Large. From your own jetty you can discover the many hundreds of kilometres of water that are connected to each other. Via the polder water you can make beautiful boat trips through the picturesque villages, towards Hoorn or Enkhuizen. But you can also sail via Medemblik towards Alkmaar and Amsterdam or directly onto the IJsselmeer. The park is located between the IJsselmeer and the inland water, which means there are many water recreation options, such as; sailing, fishing, swimming, rowing, SUP, canoeing, kite surfing, surfing, sailing. In the case of rental destination, your holiday home is rented and maintained by the park and you conclude a rental brokerage agreement for this. This way you are completely relieved of the rental by the park. As the owner, you can enjoy recreation at this fantastic location for a maximum of 12 weeks, of which 4 weeks during the holiday periods.
